Hakoiri Drops is a fluffy, comedic 4-koma. The premise sounds pretty average, but the way the manga is written makes it amazing. Story - 8 The plot never fully seems like it's being motivated by dumb rom-com tropes. The ending overall is wonderful and gives a good sense of closure. Art - 7 Good. It's not trash. The moe designs are cute, the reaction faces are great. It's a 4-koma. What do you expect?Character - 10

The characters are the best part of this manga. They break down normal genre stereotypes and genuinely feel lifelike. Obviously, the humor is very manga-like, but the interactions between them all fit properly. The interactions between the male lead and his best friend are the best.
