This manga is a rush! It's not often I come across yaoi with accurate depictions of sex, now you may be thinking in a story like this accuracy wouldn't be possible but I assure you it is (because I experienced it myself first hand with my ex who took xxl condoms). That's why I can say the ecstasy and sensations depicted within between two AMAB individuals is 100% accurate. There's a moment in this story where being penetrated by a "big anaconda" during sex is described as so pleasureful that tears form in the receiver's eyes.
