No spoilers. Due to this low socre that makes no sense, I decided to write this. Ignore the score you see in MAL. As of ep 18 this is easily a 8+/10. The animation is bad, it's terrible, yes. Ignore that too. But the history and the character development is very well made. This anime has its silly moments (especially in the beginning) but overall is one of the very few animes classified as "Seinen" that actually honors the genre. When things start rolling you see what this is all about. The way it approaches how people grow is very well made and super rare to see inanime. It's not the typical childish view of growing up that most authors have in most seinen titles. You won't regret watching it.
And this one has what I call "proper ending ep". So I'm giving it a 10/10 despite the animation.
