Hug to the Crying Face · review
This story felt kinda cute, kinda fluffy and pretty dumb but entertaining. It's a nice read to entertain yourself and to read something a little bit spicy with some romance without it being too over the top. The premise is simple, the story follows a typical "setup-confrontation-resolution" structure, so it's very easy to follow. The characters are charming and the way they interact is pretty cute during the whole story. I liked that Takeru genuinely wanted to help Masaki, although I wasn't a fan of how the romantic relationship started, still, it was a hot scene IMO and I also liked that Takeru didn't reallypush Masaki, and Masaki was like "it feels good, gimme more".
The conflict was a bit dumb, but also believable, given Masaki's personality and anxiety problems and I really liked the way he found the courage to confess (even tho the confession was kinda cringy).
Overall, it was a nice, cute and entertaining story and I enjoyed it quite a bit.
