This manga is only 2 chapters long, so I'll keep this brief. The manga of Angel Cop is an average generic cyberpunk story about cybernetics and terrorism. Its most noteworthy appeal is being the tame counterpart to the OVA series of the same name. You are not going to get much reactionary politics out of this manga. The art is fine, good and serviceable but nothing mind blowing. The mangaka has talent and his art style is similar to some of Masamune Shirow's early art, just without being horny. Read it if you're bored one day and have a hankering for cyberpunk, but avoid theOVA.
