Review of Solo Leveling Season 2: Arise from the Shadow

Solo leveling is far from an intricate story with deep characters and an expansive plot. It is not an exemplary exercise of writing prowess. However, it doesn't try to be. It's a power fantasy with amazing and gorgeous animation. The dub VA is great, and the fights are well-choreographed and drawn. This is not a story that's supposed to awe you. This is a cheap story to make you giddy and lean into childish badassery. if you want an emotionally complex show, this isn't for you. However, if you go in expecting a power fantasy, you will be blown away.
