Review of Ao-chan Can't Study!

I'm not gonna lie, I went into Midara na Ao-chan wa Benkyou ga Dekinai expecting some trashy humor and fanservice. But what I got was an anime that's genuinely hilarious, relatable, and even heartfelt at times. Ao-chan's imagination is basically me in high school - perpetually horny, yet trying to be a good guy. I died laughing every time she'd get caught up in her own naughty thoughts. And Takumi-senpai? He's the man, bro! But what really surprised me was how invested I got in their relationship. The last few episodes had me shipping them so hard, I was basically screaming at my screen for them toconfess already!

Of course, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Some jokes fall flat, and the pacing can be wonky at times. But honestly, the good far outweighs the bad.

The last episode was a nice epilogue, but it feels a bit rushed. I wanted more Ao-chan and Takumi!

All in all, Midara na Ao-chan wa Benkyou ga Dekinai's a guilty pleasure I'm not ashamed to admit. It's hilarious, heartwarming, and even a little bit naughty. If you're looking for a lighthearted anime with some serious laughs, give it a shot.

P.S. Can we please get a season 2? I need more Ao-chan and Takumi in my life, bro!
