Review of Black Lagoon

I know I'm going to be raped for this, but its my first review so don't bite too hard. I've seen all the other reviews and I can see how they reached those scores, but for me, there are a number of off-points compared to the manga. Firstly, its the action, the violence, and the guns. They are toned down quite a bit compared to the manga, and it doesn't fit right with me. The guns may sound realistic, but it doesn't sound RIGHT. And the amount of blood that flies is actually a little too small. The voice acting and characters also seem to fit right. Revy,has a voice which makes no sense whatsoever to me, especially, her voice should get more harsh, but stays mostly the same level.

The art and action unfortunately, are also a level down from the manga, and seem relatively simplified.

The story stays much the same, and is completely acceptable.

If you like action and guns, violence, and a bit of darkness, take a look at this. But also I recommend the manga to you if you enjoyed it, to me it was a great deal better.
