Review of Higurashi: When They Cry – Kai

This is the sequel to the original series - Higurashi No naku koro Ni, so I HIGHLY recommend watching the first season before this one. This season explains all of the questions you may have had about the first season and developes some characters a bit more. Although i still prefer the first season, I enjoyed Higurashi Kai almost as much. The story was mainly set around Rika trying to change her destiny, and everyone else's in Hinamizawa. The art was still as great as season 1s, the opening theme was still good, and, in my view, it had more of a plot. So if youenjoyed Higurashi no naku koro Ni and want more of it, here is the sequel for you to enjoy!
