Review of Fate/Zero

For somebody new to fate series just like me, Fate/Zero is a fantastic start and a good prequel to one of the most well-known series in the anime community. Some people says that this is the best fate series of all and even though i haven't watch other fate, it might be true. The reason is because this anime is just perfect and quite flawless.Its compact, dense, it has perfect pacing and character, and it has mature anime vibe. The character in the series has so much personality and different from others. They're introduced perfectly and episode by episode make us learning their personality and intention.We got to know the relationships of each of the character and the pacing of the series is just perfect. Every character background is displayed perfectly and easy to understand, and a great interraction among them too help us to learn about each of them true motives and its strength and weakness. For somebody new to fate series, we got to learn all the character in fate/stay night in brief on this series, from world famous Tohsaka Rin and Saber to Archer and King Iskandar, they have proper introduction to know them more and as a major reference for upcoming fate series.

The art is pleasure to the eyes and love the overall tones and colors throughout the series with dark theme at most but some warm and bright on the other. Both the Opening song and Ending song is great and memorable, and the scoring music is just perfect and suits the episodes

First episodes might be a little too long but it is necessary in giving a new fans on how this all started especially regarding the holy grail war and the relation between servant and its master and the cliffhanger episode at the end is a great addition, which develop perfectly in its 2nd season. Overall a very solid prequel with great build-up of both characters and story.
