The story was certainly compelling and quote interesting indeed! I loved the characters and the plot, it had some great voice actors (in the English dubbed version), and some bad ones, though they evened each other out. If you watch fractal, watch it for the story, not the art, which was skimpy at some times and too detailed at others. Overall it wasn't that bad and I would recommend it to be watched.
