Im, Dal Young, famous for the long running manga Freezing, is back with a spin-off that like the name says, is basically a bunch of love stories between the main pandoras and their limiters. In comparison to "Freezing", Pair Love Stories leans towards the cute and moe on every department, with romance stories that cover most of the main pairs from the main manga. The stories are very fast paced but carry emotional baggage. Most of the pairs are made around stories that rely heavily on "fate" and cliche themes rather than on realistic backgrounds. Despite that, it does great to engulf you in a romanticstate with very creative and well written plots.

As I've said before, the character designs are very "cutesy", which makes it hard to recognize some of the characters if you follow the main story; also, the setting is around 1 year before the main story and some characters might not look alike, nevertheless, the cuteness adds greatly to the romantic setting and it's great to enjoy some backstory to many side-characters you might be interested in.

Pair Love Stories is a very entertaining and charming manga, the lack of violence or ecchi might put off many readers but the adorable pairings leave a sweet aftertaste from these satisfying romances.
