Mod Edit: This review was originally posted for Boku no Hero Academia: Deku & Bakugou:Rising (123359) and has subsequently been merged into Boku no Hero Academia: Team Up Mission (120881). So, this manga is taking us to Deku and Bakugo's second year in middle school. We get to see the relationship between Deku and Kacchan, nothing suprising but nostalgic. ------Spoiler warning??------ We see Bakugo being reckless trying to chase a villian and Deku going after him. It always gives me pleasure to see them analyzing the events to find out what is the quirk of the villain etc. However, seeing the " quirk that changes the weather"connects us to the villian of the second movie of the series: Heroes Rising. I'd say it was a nice experience for a two chapters spin-off.
