I was expecting something a little more adult, but instead I got a rather naive fantasy fairy tale, which was quite good. It is a relatively unpretentious fairy tale, a bit in the style of Ghibli films. What annoyed me a little about the film was that the main character is too kind-hearted and at the same time quite irresponsible when he randomly runs away from home (and in his pajamas, and no one is surprised by it 🙃). The story itself is anyway quite watchable and taking into account the fact that it is really a Japanese fairy tale for children, it is quitegood (+ small point for mentioning the Czech Republic in the film).
