Review of Chainsaw Man

I've been fandom adjacent to Chainsaw Man since I returned to watching anime and reading manga a few years ago. I was super hyped for this anime based on random out of context manga fragments I've seen over the years and I was not disappointed. The characters were engaging and endearing despite sometimes being jerks. The gore was artistic, which is always a bonus in my book. I liked the variety of devils and the build up to all the reveals we got over the course of the cour. That said, while I do highly recommend this anime, if you don't like blood, gore, andviolence, then this isn't an anime you will enjoy. However, if you don't mind these things then you are in for a well-written treat.
