Nouka no Muko consists of two stories, both relaxing and feel-good romances. The first story follows the relationship between two Tokyo salarymen as one of them moves back to his family farm in the countryside. The second follows a single father and a young bakery worker. There's not much drama or depth to the plots, but they're very pleasant. I was a bit confused at first when the second story began in chapter 4, and kept expecting it to tie into the first story, but it seems to be completely separate. There are a couple of short sex scenes, but the majority is G-rated romance. Neither the artnor the plots of Nouka no Muko felt particularly original or exceptional, but it succeeded in giving me a feeling of contentment. For that, I can recommend it.
