This is the kind of manga that exploits one theme and stretches it out into oblivion. The them is the annoying childish teenager that wants to have a relationship with the school nurse. This manga is full of teasing and medical excuses, if you are into that stuff it might just become your favourite. There are other subplots over the chapters but they don't last long. There are some funny scnes and if you are able to tolerate the blatent magic of a boner the protagonist has that only work for his love of life then this is a pretty good read.
