Just a power fantasy with blackjack and hookers, I mean elfs. Dude strut through elf kingdom with a pet dragon and a pet elf (figuratively. that elf is just generic character-less personality-less female) with a bag of mountains of gold and relics. You don't even need to read text if you ever read some other isekai or power fantasy with magic and medieval stuff. Story is basic. There is one positive moment here - decent art. Author can draw, but he seems unable to create an engaging story or add humor in it (using chatbots for RP would create a better power fantasy). And he doesa miniscule amount of fanservice. Hence, this is a 6 - only interesting if you enjoy isekais or the like and have a thing for saving damsels in distress.
