I booked a trip to Japan and made sure to be on the release date of this movie, it was worth it. It's hard to repeat what they did for the anniversary 15, so instead they tried a new direction, not everyone has a line but they do appear even in a small cameo. The movie revives a lot of memories for fans, I cried. The animation was gorgeous, the fight scenes were spectacular! The quality overall was amazing indeed. The plot is interesting, maybe confusing or rushed at the start but it doesn't stop being entertaining. What does the F stands for? Well... youhave to decide it by yourself
