Really cute, but I found it's charm decreased significantly after the couple got together. The initial 'getting together' portion was extremely fun, though. This manga leans on a lot of tropes, but they're all tropes I really like so I don't care. There's the initial 'shy, edgy pierced up dude + flashy confident dude'. There's the 'oh no he's too hot for me to talk to'. There's the eventual inverse of 'oh no, HE'S too hot for me to talk too.' Plenty of comedic moments resulting from neither of them being able to talk to each other. You got pining, you got 'he's soaked in therain and has to take his shirt off, flustering the other.' All pulled together with the mangaka's great art.

They do eventually date, and I didn't end up enjoying those chapters nearly as much The physical intimacy that happens then also feels a little forced, like the author thought "I need to make them kiss Eventually' and threw it in before the manga ended. But in the end it's a nice little romance story, with the same kind of entertainment as a typical fanfiction.
