My friend suggested the manga to me after she heard it was different than the anime series. I decided to give it a shot myself as I was very curious. The manga is really good, and I honestly prefer it over the anime. The story feels a lot more developed and fleshed out to where I want to keep reading. Towa's character feels more developed as well. Also feel the art style is very fitting for a "modern" Inuyasha sequel story. The only reason I marked it as an 8 at the moment is due to only one volume being out right now. Volume one didfantastic bringing Yashahime to life, now its feeling how the rest goes.
While I did enjoy the anime, the story is more well developed. I highly recommend it and I personally look forward to volume 2.
