if you're like me and got a physical copy of this, be aware that despite the fact "BL" and "boy's love" are plastered literally all over the covers, it is not a BL (interesting to see that MAL (accurately) doesn't list it as such). i don't know why on earth they decided to advertise it this way when the two mains do not even flirt, and constantly talk about their lack of relationships with women, and their preferences in women. and never get together. is it still fun and lighthearted and unique with the swapping between formats? definitely. but being really mislead by the coverkind of turned me off from the book. so if you don't go in with that expectation you'll probably enjoy it more than i did. especially since i was expecting it the whole time and kept going "ah he's sick, this is where it'll happen" or "ah he's sad about being turned down, now they'll get closer" and then it keeps never happening lol.
