Review of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2
Strengths: Villains, Action, Shock factor. Weakness: Middle part of the season Strengths: Villains: If previous season shone thanks to side characters and comedy, this season excelled thanks to villains. We finally learn about Geto's past and motives. We get to see more about main curses, and out of them Mahito really exceeds himself; on top of that, there's an introduced of new villain, who seems pretty interesting/important. We get to see Sukuna's action too. So, if you have been waiting to see something more from villains, you won't be disappointed in this season. Action: Tons of fights occur through out the season, both in flashback andin main arc, and all of them are well done: animation, choreography, voice acting, music, everything's on point. Fights are never drawn out, they always get wrapped up relatively quickly without much wasted filler moments, except here and there (Mostly in the middle of season, where the 2nd arc slowly starts to take its pace).
Shock Factor: Well... I'm not spoiling anything but, yeah, be ready for surprises that hit you out of nowhere.
Weakness
Middle Part: Middle part of the season slows down a bit, in fact at that point I was thinking to give the season score of 6, but it was saved by later part, and even exceeded the expectations. Slow down happens as 2nd arc begins, it takes couple episodes to take the pace but boy does it take pace lol.
