Review of Horimiya

Where to start? Let's begin with the how: Believe it or not I found this anime because of a clip about 10 minutes into the first episode, making me want to watch it. It was fun from the get-go, and I was immediately hooked on the story that was so clearly laid out. I remember the last few weeks that I've been waiting for the next episode to come out with no patience in my soul, as it was so captivating to watch. the main characters in the story had lovable personalities that would glue you to the screen if you enjoy the rom/com slice-of-life genres. they areall beautifully designed and have great personality, as do all the supporting cast.

watching this was such a joy, as the most unexpected would just pop up seemingly out of nowhere, and the suddenness of it was a great way to keep you focused. as of writing this there's nothing I have to complain about. the story is great, characters fun and intriguing, the random moments, everything is just great.

Put simply, I recommend this to anyone who wants a romance show with the right amount of comedy. the story and genres in this show combined with the setting of each location shown in this show makes this a fantastic anime with a story that you just can't let go of.
