Review of Frieren: Beyond Journey's End

One of my favorite series from long ago taught me this - 'Without love, it cannot be seen'. Frieren proves us this once again. To the viewers who are searching for excitement in the battles, suggestiveness by the characters or a bubbly love story - this won't suit their taste. I cried happy tears during the entire season just because of how pure and genuine are the characters. I love the way the author shows how small gestures can affirm love, affection, care. You must have a certain mindset to notice these things and if you are casually watching the series just because it's popularyou won't get it. I'm saddened by the people who badmouth the story just because they weren't served what they expected. Maybe the treasure hidden in this story is meant to be seen by a slightly more mature mind. Even so, I'm sure everyone has a little memory of a gentle act by someone, held deep inside their heart that warms them at the end of a bad day. This is the core of Frieren in my eyes.
