Review of Chainsaw Man

I honestly loved it. I read Chainsaw Man before the anime came out, so I think that all the aspects included in the anime paid a very nice homage to the manga version. I saw that some people were calling it boring or the plot was not as good, and I understand. This series isn’t for everyone. But I also saw some people dogging on the horniness of the whole thing, and Denji’s character. Which is untrue, but I understand that perspective because only 12 episodes have come out, and there hasn’t been an opportunity for everything to flesh out yet. I really think yallshould dig deeper into the message of the anime instead of analyzing it on its surface, because Denji isn’t just a horny mc with no heroic motivations. I think what makes this series so great is that it puts a spin on typical shounen stories. Ehhh I’ll stop here since I don’t want to get too into spoilers, but if you want to see something different then I think you should give Chainsaw Man a try.

TLDR: Give it a chance because it’s a breath of fresh air regarding typical Shounen MCs and storyline
