Since this was my second exposure to Lupin after watching Miyazaki's work, I found it pretty jarring to see Lupin get shitfaced after stealing from the Yakuza. On a character design level, I have an issue with Jigen's hat. Why does his hat look like he runs a D&D session every Thursday where he uses that hat to say "guys I have to be the wizard look at my hat" Goemon was pretty cool in the movie, I don't really understand how he had the shark jump over him when he was on the rock or how that resulted in him getting cut on the back butI guess that's just what happens when you lose lane as Yasuo

the issue is that the villain is just my uncle Rukus who lives in Idaho. Lost his arm the same way too, only it was the cashier at Walmart with a kitchen knife and not a samurai weeaboo.
