Review of Sword Art Online

[Disclaimer] Just to tell ahead that, I'm not going to make a big review because there is a lot of reviews about it so I will keep it short for you and myself. Also, I watched this like 2-3 years back and barely remember stuff. [Story] - 4 Well well well, where do I begin. IMO the story started with a banger 1-3 first episodes and until the 14th episode is watchable and is basically the main story about Kirito and Asuna. The other 11 episodes are basically the filler to end of the "real" story of the SAO I. [Artstyle] - 8 Nothing much to say, but it's goodanimation from A-1 studios.

[Sound] - 9
It's good. Bonus points to "Crossing Field" for a nice banger for the first OP.

[Character] - 3
This is maybe the weakest part of the SAO I. The 2 mains of it Kirito and Asuna has a good background and are enjoyable at the least. As support interesting is Klain, as not "The main character". For the other cast, I wish there was more to find.

[Enjoyment] - 4
Watchable and kinda rare enjoyable moments.

[Overall] - 5
First of all, I cannot say this is the worst anime out there, but not the best neither for these people who said it was their "first anime".
