Be wary of spoilers. Just finished the last episode. This anime is just so good. The animation style might seem a little wierd at first, but as the anime goes you can see that it is the most fitting for the anime due to the dark atmosphere it has. For me the best thing about this anime is the story; There was some observations i wanted to do regarding the development of some characters but i can only think about how awesome the plot is. It makes you think, it makes you interpret and create ideas of your own about what could be happening. A great exampleof that is that military operation, that shows that even tho the parasytes have a very logical way of thinking, they learned it just now. Humans have logic completely mastered and refined along the years at their side (personal opinion). Parasytes tend to think in different ways depending on how they were "grown" in the first days and i think that is also awesome and says a lot about us.

Soundtrack is great, highlighting the use of "action" eletronic and dubstep on tense scenes. The gore is so good to look at and the movement in battle flows beautifully. The anime kills characters and shows blood with no fear and present moments where there's not a single character in scene, but the scenario is so dark you can feel something bad is going to happen.

The main character growth is one of the most important things in this anime, and goes off the cliche road of forever innocent and pure protagonist. You can also notice how he physically grows as the anime goes.

Also a huge thumbs up for the desperation scenes, period.

I devoured this anime and i suggest you guys to do the same.
