There's honestly nothing to dislike about this 2 episode OVA. It has everything you would expect from the TV anime and we also get to see more development of a certain girl. I would also like to mention that there is a new girl who is introduced and if i'm being completely honest, I would want her to join the harem but then that would contrast what this anime is supposed to be about. A harem of monster girls. BUT, having a "human" girl rather than the usual monster type would be quite interesting to see if we ever get to have a Monster Musume2nd season (which is likely).

Overall, if you love fanservice or are a fan of the Monster Musume manga/anime then you won't be disappointed.
