For me it's a 7 I like the "alice in wonderland" vibe, and the Animations are smooth, but different with each episodes. Not sure if it's always the same guy drawing them, but im fine with that. It plays in a dreamworld, and everyone dreams different, so this is just another plus ;) You can also tell, that the Producer put some effort in it, since ever Episode has it's own ending theme. I dont like the Main Ost though. 0=) People probably dislike the anime, because it's not All self-explaining right from the start or due to false expectations. It's "Death Parade" with "alice"-vibes after All ^^
