Doctor Shameless is a light, comedy style H-anime, in which our hero, Dr. Ishida, uses his medical exam prowess to score with women (and save the hospital with their money). It's alright to touch and prod and explore, he is a doctor after all! Using his good bedside manners and professional approach, the Doctor is able to get his female patients to relax, let their guard down and ultimately enjoy themselves. Unlike so many hentai with a medical theme, there is no forced sex, no humiliation, and nothing outrightdisgusting about this story. There is a bit of comedic content throughout and I found myself enjoying the story a lot more than I thought I would.

The animation style is not bad, it has aged a bit and is a bit dark at times, but the overall artwork is well done and easy to watch. The music is done well and does a good job of enhancing the overall mood, and the voice acting fits well with the story. Overall this is a good watch and worth checking out.
