Spoiler warning

This review may discuss plot details.

I initially thought there's finally a shojo story that doesn't have romance, blob mouths, same face syndrome, or whatever. But this story sucks as time goes. Initially, it's just Momose competing or bickering with Sato about goals, which I kinda liked Sato, but Sato vanished since volume 3, which I kinda miss her actually. Then there's the tonal whiplash of Momose somehow wanting to be an idol herself, and her Korean learning speed is way too fast. Minchae is the super annoying type who can sing well but tends to say she sucks at singing, and only sings well when she cries. How can anyonesing or even sing well while crying? That's illogical since that's not how lungs and vocal cords work. And Minchae is a coward since she never grows up, she never matures, she complains a lot, and she cries a lot. I surely hope there's more Sato, but I decided to drop the story since Momose became a Mary Sue in volume 3, and I don't care what she ends up like.
