the animation quality looks like something you'd find as a hobby project on youtube, reminiscent of old flash animations. it's not much more than colored, moving manga panels. The "story" is very simple, you just follow some girls and their cats who can speak go to school and live everyday life. i checked out the manga after a few eps, and the cats have a stronger personality in the manga, the anime is less funny and gives off more of just a calm slice-of-life vibe. it's hard to give this series a good rating like that, but in the end i still enjoy the little episodes. Andthey're just two minutes long, so you can easily test if you like this series or not.
