This may be one of the first actually funny, purposely bad anime or at least from my current experience. It sacrifices all of its other aspects for comedy. Not for laziness or time constraints unlike most other ugly CGI anime I've seen. It does this to such an extent I can't tell if its low budget or just acting like it. For example there's a weird contrast between animation and irl video that most anime try to avoid, but this show just randomly uses irl videos for effects/backgrounds and its hilarious whenever it happens. Especially the girl that does her skit things at theend of the episode and sometimes pops in to explain things in the middle of an episode. Its just a straight up video of her with a greenscreen background and its pretty funny to see a friends reaction to it on their first watch.

They reuse allot of stuff for comedic effect as well which makes me think its most likely just a low budget comedy, and to add to that the episodes are only 14 minutes long, and I can ONLY find the show on HiDive. It has almost no exposure because of this. I had to google the Japanese name of the show to find the trailer, which eventually led to me getting a hidive free trail just to check the show out.

I think the show creators know this which is probably why the show is so crazy. I should probably mention this higher up in the review but this show is CRAZY DUMB, and also crazy and dumb, which is its best aspect and honestly if you find yourself having a hard time laughing at bad cg and crazy stupid shit like Xavier Renegade Angel your not gonna like this show at all.
