Spoiler warning

This review may discuss plot details.

And yet another story that didn't go the way I thought it would. While the art style was good, the characters I found a little lacking, and the story I found to get worse as it went on. Seho Yang is a young man who just got the life many men would envy - a good paying job, nice clothes, fancy cars, a beautiful apartment, and a rich and gorgeous woman to rack up the package. And while Mira Eun is older than Seho, the two of them make it work - after she gave Seho a job at one of her cafés...things just clicked. But Seho's dream life takes a drastic turn when Mira's sexy daughter, Nayoung Eun, decides to make the weak-willed man her new play toy. Nayoung takes almost every opportunity to break Seho; not giving a damn about hurting her mom or destroying their relationship. This continue to get more dramatic as Musan Baek, a creep from Mira's past, finds and takes her to see an dying, elderly man named Chairman Ko - who is also quite possibly Nayoung's biological father. Mira keeping secret from Seho, as well as his affair with Nayoung, causes him to dive further into anxiety and paranoia - leading him to not only continue his affair with Nayoung...but soon his sexy employer, Yoohee; as well as his ex-girlfriend, Jihye (who is engaged by the way). In the end, with no other way to escape and make sure that their lives stay safe...Mira ultimately convinces Seho to help her kill Musan. However, some time after, police officers attempt to arrest Mira for the death of Musan...that is until Seho takes the fall for it. As life continues on the outside world, Mira lets Seho know that Nayoung found herself a good man. And when Seho encourages Mira to do the same...she informs Seho that she already has a good man in her life - strongly hinting that she will wait for him.

This definitely could have been better. I mean, Seho had a wealthy, mature, successful, undeniably gorgeous woman as his prize...and he just completely ruined it (over and over again with his ridiculous insecurities). I get that everyone's got problems, but that the whole point in talking things over - not sweeping them un the rug and hope that they'll disappear - that's how he kept getting into drastic situations. Seho knew he was at fault, but he just kept pushing his luck. And worst of all...he wanted to go back to the way things were in the past, like a coward. Heck, Mira was getting tortured while he was having "fun" with Yoohee. If he wanted his life to be simple...he would have simply told Mira that he doesn't need fancy gifts and possessions to be happy; he just needs her. There was also a few things that were left unanswered: when did Mira meet Ko; why did she change her name; how many men was she with; how exactly did Ko provide for Mira and her daughter; when did Mira leave her old life behind and become a success; etc. What I feel that could have worked was Seho simply being satisfied by Mira, but when she starts keeping secrets and becoming emotionally distant...that when Seho could have given into temptation and start his affair with Nayoung and Yoohee. But when Mira finally begins to open up, and Seho confronts her about doing everything alone...they rekindle what they've had all along. And so, Seho encourages both Nayoung and Yoohee to find good men, while he and Mire continue to live their lives together (once he gets out of prison of course).

But as always...these are just my opinions.
