Spoiler warning

This review may discuss plot details.

First all, I must write a section of appreciation for the amazing art of this manga as well as the characters and plot. This review is only directed for the first season of Get Back (yet to read the other seasons). For those who have yet to read, here is the official summary of this manga; Three kids grew up in the same orphanage, and seven years ago, something happened that changed their lives. In a world of talent and skills that meant everything, their futures changes drastically. For better or worse?.. Read! DISCLAIMER SPOILER WARNING; . . ..
Starting with the older sister in the orphanage who's afraid of being abandoned, she swapped her name with her younger sister. Doing so would deceive the guardian that was gonna adopt the younger sister. Then, an incident happened where an explosion started, which changed the younger sister's life, along with a boy with her. They both got adopted into this weird "family" where the leader (the father) likes to play "house" and basically makes all the children/adults call him Father and trains them to be killer or some sort.

It doesn't end there, the beautiful story then focuses on the emotional aspect of the characters as well as the different sides/pov's of the story. Evil or not, this manga clearly portrays the character and their emotional rollercoaster journey and their character nature. This manga's plot highlights the complex relationship the characters have with each other and some dark concepts, therefore not much romance or bright pieces. I would say i'm hooked and attracted to how gloomy, hardcore this manga is. It's not entirely bad at all
