The work has a great pace, and the female characters are developed simultaneously and very gradually, with thought-provoking, ambiguous sentences that maintain a slight suspense regarding what will be revealed about the women. The dynamics of the love triangle are fascinating; the relationship progresses on both fronts, without developing indifference between the women, and the man behaves well towards both. It's very healthy and enjoyable to watch the developmentof both relationships.
