Review of Dororo

The animation is pretty good when it's not doing anything action-heavy but once the tension picks up the quality drops and can break the suspension of disbelief. The story pacing and execution is also a bit of a rocky road in terms of quality with slow moments where the momentum of the series really needs to pick up and hold your attention. Characters aren't explored as well as I expected and I could see some improvements in this area as well but the current state is serviceable if you're not expecting anything too intense. One thing I will give this Anime is its beautiful intro, the song wasa great fit for the series but it due to some misguided choices on the rhythm section it never really hits as well as it should have.

Overall it's a cut above TG, FT, SAO, and other aimless and purposeless shows.
