Review of Mob Psycho 100 II

Mob Psycho 100 II continues the path that Mob Psycho 100 had laid out for the series to grow into what it truly is. One as a writer has a very good self awareness and constantly plays on the tropes and nuances of anime/manga. The shows comedy never stops being good, and if you liked season 1 you will love season 2. IF you do not like ones comedy or writing however, I do hope you watch this show anyway for its lessons and phenomenal production and art. This show has some of the best art of any anime released period. It goes through several tasteful stylechanges and gives crazy perspectives and pans you'd expect to only see in a live action movie.

The sound track is phenomenal.

The story however has a major flaw. Where they chose to end season 2 leaves the viewer of the show (who hasn't read the manga) left to feel extremely incomplete. They should have ended the season after chapter 92.1 of the manga where they talk about serious life issues such as which direction our protagonist wishes to go in life and could have been a satisfactory ending to the series which has yet to be confirmed for a third season as of this point.
