Review of Love Tyrant

The show is pretty decent as a quick romcom watch. People are harping hard in these reviews about it "parodying Death Note", but to be frank, the "parody" is only passing. I'd call it more a reference than anything, and it goes full bore as a harem romcom for the vast majority. Don't listen to these next-level elitists who write essays when a show makes a joke out of something they like talk about how it doesn't match their expectations. Don't go in expecting a masterclass of drama; it's a harem romcom, and it doesn't try to be anything more. And it does well atbeing what it tries to be. The jokes are good, the characters are alright, the story is surprisingly put-together for something of this genre, and the ending was a good one. It's a good popcorn flick, so just enjoy it y'all.
