Review of 7 Seeds
I wasn't expecting much from this, but it surprised me in a good way. The story is pretty interesting actually, and even tho some of the characters are annoying, it's fun to follow them in their journey. I'd recommend it if you want some adventure anime or smth. I think the story is pretty original. Even though the apocalyptic scenario is seen quite often, it's done in some unique way here. The background for the plot it's pretty interesting and also I like the idea of "saving" specific and different groups of people from the end of the world. Then, it's fun to watch howit will turn out.
The art... is something I didn't like much. It almost made me drop, actually. It's kinda boring, I'd say, and also I don't think it matches the energy of the anime. I've seen the art in the manga and it captivated me much more. Maybe cause it's an old art style. I wish they'd have keeped in the anime, it'd make it so much better. But still, it's not something that makes the show bad, you can still enjoy it.
About the characters, some of them are actually interesting, even tho others are quite cliche for my taste (like the protagonist girl, that I find quite annoying and the guy that she's into,he's just like a generic shounen protagonist or smth). The guy with long hair it's kinda annoying at first but at least he has some personality. I like Hana specially, cause she has some good development through out the show. The woman with braids is also pretty cool. And the rest of the characters, including the ones from the groups that are presented later, they're good as well. The villains are also interesting and the relationship between the characters is well developed. I thought it was going to be a mess, since there are so many characters, but it turned out good and the anime manage to develop all of them at least a little bit, which make almost all characters likeable, or at least with a strong personality, that defines them pretty well.
