Review of Devilman: Crybaby

It tells the tale of humans. What makes us beautiful. What makes us pathetic. Our being is contrasted by one driven by instinct and a base nature. Ultimately, the whole point to it all was to remind you of who you are as a self-conscious entity. The soundtrack is a banger, the visuals refreshing. Characters have depth to them, although some of them could do with more development. The ending is very reminiscent of Studio Trigger’s recent works, if you know what I mean ;) This show isn’t for everyone, so if thought-provoking shows tackling these type of topics don’t interest you, skip it after giving itthe 3 episode rule.
