The score doesn’t really do this anime justice. A really good sports show, highly recommended. The two main characters are interesting, with personalities that complement each other well. Some side characters are interesting too. The only downside for me is that the cast of players seems to lack development. The whole team is built around the battery, so you don’t really expect much from the others, and that goes for other teams as well. Most teams feel like one-man teams. But other than that, the matches are fun thanks to the veteran mangaka , he really knows how to keep them interesting.
