Night Shift Nurses Kranke is about Hikaru and her sister Ai. Story: 9/10. I get it. Hirasaka wants Hikaru to be a good slave and it's preventing her from taking care of Ai. He says to her "I told you. You should open your ass more." I don't know what that means but he means to literary do it. Now, the last episode is the best moment: Ren and Hirasaka are married. The flowers get passed onto Hikaru, the wedding bell rings, and the swans are flying eternally. But..... Hirasaka invents a drug and puts it on Ren's body. The drug radically accelerates a woman's pheromonesecretion. He jerks her off. Ren loves Hirasaka.
