B Gata H Kei is such a classic comedy series to go back to. At the end of the day it really is just a big exploration through youthful romance and the feelings behind actually wanting sex. I would complain it being a 300 chapter series where they just can't do it but I think the slowburn nature of it is remedied by the fact there is clear progress and clear effort to do more in their relationship. Spoilers ahead but, the fact both of them try and fail to figure out what they want is great and I wasn't bothered much by it since theyare pushing themselves. My favorite part of the progression was in the middle where they were close to doing it but kosuda couldn't be erect. Its a really natural way for the physical progression to stop and just let the characters think about their own emotions on the matter. Near the end where they actually do have sex is also great, yamada gets her own illusions broken about her expectations and can also seriously discuss the topic with her friend for once without sounding like a kid idolizing sex. I actually wanted the series to continue a little bit further so that they could explore their physical relationship more cause yamada hasn't quite figured out why her experience wasn't enjoyable for her but it does end on a good note.

B Gata H Kei is an overall fun, slow burn read about the young desire to have sex.
