I wasn't expecting much from this, but holy crap it is amazing (at least, in my opinion). The feels hit me like a god dang truck. I actually almost cried, and I NEVER cry when watching anime, so you know it's really good. The story is pretty unique imo, even in this hyper-saturated genre of Isekai. Art style, though not the best, definitely gets the job done good for a fantasy anime. The characters are also pretty good. The main cast is well written. One character I still kinda hate is Mr. Knock-off Gepard (for my fellow Star Rail players). Overall, I really really enjoyedit. If you like Fantasy, Isekai or Yuri, I think you'd also enjoy this anime as well.
