Review of Horimiya

i started this anime because i liked the opening, little did i know i would be in for one of the worst anime experiences of my life (btw the opening is extremely misleading it makes it look like the anime is good but it isn't) do not watch this anime unless you want to become angrier with each episode u watch. i usually don't leave reviews for anime but this one was so bad that i just had to the characters are horrible, they're all just one trope and that's their entire thing. and even then there's somehow no consistency in the character writing? speaking of consistency,what the hell is the story. i literally didn't understand what the main plot point was the entire time because it kept introducing a new character to add to their fucked up love polygon every episode and then forgetting about it the next. ??? for a show that relies on you being attached to the characters bc the characters are clearly their main focus, they really do not do anything to make them endearing or likeable whatsoever lol (especially hori how is it possible that she's simultaneously the most boring character and awful human being)
