Review of Horimiya

Might not sound like a review but more like the perspective of a person coming from manga of the same series. Been reading the manga since 2016, and been following it since then and always hoped for this series to get animated because it was a very well written story. However, when I heard the news that it was gonna get a anime, I was literally happy, but then it was only 13 episodes. So, I thought that were probably gonna cut it off somewhere. But then I heard that it's only getting 1 season and they are gonna adapt the entire manga in onego, probably cutting out many chapters. The pace was fast they were adapting 4-6 chapters in one episode and still it felt smooth. But, I seriously wished if they could adapt more chapters or arcs like the school festival arc.

If you are directly watching the series without reading the manga, you might not notice the difference, also if you want to see more of them you should absolutely check out the manga.

If you are coming from the manga, you might not see so many chapters adapted still I recommend this series.

It felt good seeing the characters again after the manga ended.
