Review of Frieren: Beyond Journey's End

Truly a one of a kind. I had already watched once and thought to myself that the 1st place overall was well deserved, now, re-watching on my vacation with more time and already understanding the previous journey of Himmel and their story I changed my mind: I do not think a 10/10 is enough for this anime, this was an inexplicable experience to put into words, I can only say it truly made me reflect on more stuff than I was prepared. This is unmistakably the best art of any kind I experienced in this life until now. There are multiple secondary characters that left adeep impression, I got myself laughing or crying basically every episode, I deeply felt happiness, sorrow, regret, love, joy, anger and a mix of many other emotions. Death truly isn't the only goodbye in life.

The art style, OST, openings, endings, ambience, shadows, every detail was there for a reason.

I can't relate to anyone disliking this series, I still think is way underrated even as it stands as the 1st place on MAL and other places, I hope this artwork and its message resonates with more people as it carries heavy but necessary reflections about our life as humans. I can only feel sorry for those that could not empathize with it.
